Kelly utilizes the Gottman Method in all of her couples counseling. She has completed level 1 and level 2 of their in depth training workshops. Expect meaningful and productive work, homework activities in between sessions and even some laughs when working with her. In your work together you will learn to do the small things again, change hard and damaging conversations to productive conversations allowing you to feel heard, understood and so much more. Kelly offers in-depth assessment to ensure she knows you as a couple, including both the good and bad times.
Kelly utilizes psycho-education, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused language in her work with patients. Giving you the power to think clearly, speak assertively and set the boundaries needed to obtain your individual goals.

For over 7 years, Kelly has provided patients in Wisconsin and Illinois a wide range of mental health and substance abuse services. From small scale circumstances, crisis intervention, to traumatic experiences - her services are personalized to suit your needs.
Kelly is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Wisconsin and Illinois. She also holds a Substance Abuse Counselor license in Wisconsin.

Some out of network benefits will reimburse you for some or even all of the therapy provided. A super bill will be provided upon request for you to submit. All sessions are approximately 50 minutes long.
